AR 670-1: 21-6. Grade insignia for other officers

Officer grade insignia includes the silver spread eagle (Colonel), silver oak leaf (LTC), gold oak leaf (MAJ), double silver bars (CPT), single silver bar (1LT), single gold bar (2LT), and specific warrant officer insignia.
