AR 670-1: 20-13. Fleece cap

Quick Answer

The fleece cap comes in black (clothing bag issue) and coyote brown (optional purchase). It is a single-ply, bell-shaped, pull-on style cap. Wear it pulled down snugly on the head with the bottom edge covering the ears but not the eyebrows. The bottom edge may be folded but not rolled.
